How much do I pay for shipping on a shower?
We appreciate your business at Unlimited Showers, and to show our thanks we provide FREE SHIPPING for all showers within the continental United States for our valued customers. Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped to California. If you would like a quote for international shipping, please contact us and be sure to include the item number and the complete shipping address in your email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery times for the FREE shipping items are calculated based on the product's availability, the size of the item and your location. What color are the shower accents and finish? Can I get a sample?
At Unlimited Showers, we do our very best to give you the most detailed and accurate product descriptions that we can, and we provide high quality pictures of all our showers and shower accessories. We do not provide samples of the shower's finish or the accents, but if you have further questions about the finish or accents, please contact us at 1-866-580-5305. What kind of assembly will my shower require?
1. After opening all the boxes, read the included introduction and installation manual carefully, and make sure all the packed parts are present. Examine your shower for any shipping damage. If the unit has been damaged or has a finishing defect, please contact Unlimited Showers immediately. Remember, you cannot return parts that have already been installed.
2. If you are installing a shower, please note that you should consult your local building codes on installation compliance standards. Building and plumbing codes vary by location, and Unlimited Showers is not responsible for code compliance standards for your project.
3. When you are installing a shower, you should install all of the required plumbing and drainage before securing the shower enclosure, shower tray, and shower column. If you cannot install the plumbing yourself, use a licensed (if required by local code), and competent plumber.
4. Please insure that the floor is leveled and solid prior to the installation, and that it will be able to support the total weight of the shower unit and its occupant. While some adjustment in leveling of the tray is possible, irregular floor level or having side walls with improper angles will result in serious problems for your installation. You may need to make some adjustments in drilling during the installation process to make sure your shower fits into the space safely and securely.

Is there a Manufacturer's Warranty? What if my shower arrives damaged?
We proudly stand behind all of our manufacturers’ warranties at Unlimited Showers. If you would like more detailed information on a specific shower's warranty, please contact customer service. In the unlikely situation that your shower is not in perfect condition when it arrives, you must contact our customer service department to determine your eligibility for a return/exchange before packing and shipping your item back.
